Despite the completion of the model today, due to the high documentation demands photorealistic rendering via lumion does not seem a possibility. However the Sktch up model has been further improved and materialised to a high quality.

Below are references for the items imported today.

Below is a set of phtotos from the final model. Many of these were taken to hopefully be developed into the final sectionis and perspectives after editing, but since only theree can be submitted I have decided to leave the raw pictures here for the general viewing pleasure. Please enjoy!

Design Journal 08/03/2020

Begun translating mys section into a 3D Design, currently the exterior of the upper floor and gallery is complete. Two Stairs need to be either redesgined or added, and lansdcape modelling is incomplete. Basic progression in the build is shown through the images below. The following section has been chosen for construction. Diffuse Striation The hexagonal dome was the most obious part of the section and so was intially constructed, a smaller dome being madw within to act as a sort of photography studio for the Kyza. The stright parts of the section were elongated into a trapezoidal shape to accomodate a geodesic structure at the edge. The edges expand to emphasise the experience of the widening of the space and the panoramic views of the landscape offered. The first floor was similarly articulated with basic geometric shapes and considerations for natural lighting through galss windows. Week 5 models Redone

In this blog post I detail my procedure for making various architectural models of my room at different scales and through different media through snapshots of the design process. Whilst initial models were made for this task, they seemed to be messy and inadequate as reflections of my skill, and so were remade as follows. The card model 1:20, the cardboard model 1:10 and the paper model 1:50, respectively have their construction shown below . Card Model The first task allowed for the construction of a paper/card model, initially a paper model was made but it became flimsy for proper photography, hence a new one made of card was constructed.
